New restaurant with Jordan from Top Chef

Known for his atypical look and creativity, Jordan Yuste, a native of Castres in the Tarn, has been offering catering services for several years. As a result, he is expected to be the chef of a new restaurant that will soon open its doors. Who is Jordan Yuste? What will characterize this new restaurant? In this article, we’ll show you.

Jordan Yuste, a chef restaurateur

Jordan Yuste, 31 years old, is a former medical technician who has been living in the Sète area for 22 years. Indeed, he was a medical technician until 2014, before deciding to enter the culinary arts. Then, he passed a CAP by following an accelerated training, during a period of 6 months. After this training, followed at the CFA Nicolas Albano in Sète, Jordan Yuste was promoted to half party chef in the restaurant Côté Mas in Montagnac. 
In Montagnac, he was trained by the starred chef Jérôme Nutile who introduced him to great gastronomy. This contributed to his success by making him more successful in his field. Also, after this experience, he found himself at the restaurant les Palmiers in Mèze where he was pastry chef. 
After that, he had other experiences before opening his own restaurant, l’Arrivage, in Sète, in 2017. He offers dishes with frank and marked tastes, inspired by the culinary art of the south. Moreover, his restaurant is very frequented by many famous actors who appreciate his cuisine. 
Then, in 2019, he was elected ‘Young Talent’ by the culinary guide Gault & Millau. Also, he recently opened a second restaurant in Sète. It is ”Le French Farmer” which follows a street-food concept, offering meals such as burgers with Aubrac beef and piglet kebabs from the Aveyron.
